HEAD Trio Prepared for ATP World Finals

Kennelbach, Austria — The 2009 Barclays ATP World Tour Final roster will be loaded with three top HEAD players, World No. 3 Novak Djokovic, World No. 4 Andy Murray, and World No. 9 Robin Soderling, in his debut World Tour Finals appearance, when the tournament commences this Sunday.

Novak Djokovic, who has ranked in the top 4 since July 2007, returns to the Barclays to defend his 2008 title. Djokovic, who plays with a YOUTEK™ Speed Pro, has shown steady performances on the court over the past month, winning ATP titles for the last two tournaments, Davidoff Swiss Indoors Basel and the BNP Paribas Masters 1000. He heads to the Barclays with the highest match-wins record, 76-18 mark, and is one of three players (Murray and Nadal) to claim five ATP titles in 2009.

Andy Murray will be making his second appearance at the ATP World Tour Finals in front of his hometown crowd. The World No. 4 looks to perform well as he has had a stellar year with six ATP titles in 2009, the most titles won on the tour. Murray who plays with a YOUTEK™ Radical Pro has a total of 14 ATP titles to his name.

Robin Soderling makes his first World Tour Finals appearance and will be the first Swedish player since 2002 to participate in this prestigious event. Compiling a personal best match record in 2009 with 47-19 and career-high ranking of World No. 9, Soderling earned his first ATP World title at home at the Catella Swedish Open. He also showed top performances at the French Open where he reached his first Grand Slam Final. Among other achievements, Soderling defeated four-time defending champion and World No. 2 Rafael Nadal. Soderling’s weapon of choice is a YOUTEK™ Radical MP.
