DecoTurf Surface Chosen for the Legg Mason Tennis Classic
Andover, MA, August 2008 –- For the sixth consecutive year, the organizers of the Legg Mason Tennis Classic have chosen DecoTurf as the Official Surface provider of their world-class tennis tournament.
The Legg Mason Tennis Classic, celebrating its 40th year, will take place August 9th -17 th at the William H.G. Fitzgerald Tennis Center in Washington DC and will be televised live on both the Tennis Channel and ESPN2 as part of the prestigious US Open Series. Many of the top ATP professionals, including Andy Roddick and
Marat Safin, will compete in this, the nation’s second oldest Open tennis tournament.
