Tennis Life UK Magazine Hits the Streets
Tampa, FL— Tennis Life Magazine continues a trajectory of strategic growth in 2008 by announcing that the first issue of Tennis Life UK has now hit newsstands, bookstores and has mailed to UK subscribers.
“The first issue features our cover player Andy Murray, Great Britain’s number one. As well, this issue bids a fond farewell to Britain’s long time number one, Tim Henman.
New U.K. edition: Tennis Life UK launched with the January/February 2008 issue with a circulation of 25,000 in the U.K. and Ireland. It will carry coverage of the pro game and lifestyle features consistent with the U.S. edition. Special content includes a “U.K. Pro Watch” and “U.K. Junior Watch” so readers can follow the progress of touring players and up-and-comers. Competitive tennis among veteran players in the U.K., will be featured, as well.

• Expanded distribution through agencies and retailers. Through deals with Sports Authority, Gart’s Sports and Dick Sporting Goods, Tennis Life is the only tennis magazine available where tennis equipment is sold. As well, the endorsement of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
• Increase in circulation to 125,000
