Babolat Completes Regional Sales Manager Team: Hires David Dwelle for Southern Region
Boulder, CO -– Babolat, one of the leading manufacturers of tennis products, announces the company has added David Dwelle as Regional Sales Manager. Dwelle will be responsible for the Southern region of the country.
David Dwelle has been a fixture in the tennis industry for over 13 years. Originally from Des Plaines, Illinois, Dwelle attended Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa where played competitive tennis and hockey. Dwelle comes to Babolat from Adidas where he specialized in tennis apparel, shoes and accessories for the past five years. Prior to that, he was National Sales Manager for Balle de Match.
“I see tremendous potential for Babolat and I’m excited about being a part of this team and contributing to the growth of the business,” said Dwelle. Dwelle will be relocating with his wife and three young sons to Atlanta, GA. He is an avid player and looking forward to joining ALTA (Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association). “It’s been awhile since I played in a league so I’m looking forward to getting involved at the community level again.”
Dwelle is the third Regional Sales Manager hired by Babolat in the last month. Olivier Bailliard, President and CEO of Babolat North America commented, “We’ve assembled a team of very professional people to manage our sales activities at the regional level. David has everything we were looking for: strong experience with tennis apparel and shoes and, of course, he is a tennis player. Babolat is pleased to welcome David to the team.”
Dwelle begins his new role with Babolat on January 1, 2008.
