Major SP-11 Shoulder Supports
If you have a Major SP-11, there is a way to update the mounting system. I made an adapter plate from -inch aluminum plate that bolts into the holes in the uprights. On the SP-11 this plate made the top surface of the Alpha arms just about even with where the old mounting plate used to be because the Alpha pieces is a little thinner material, so the clamps work fine from a height standpoint. Then, I drilled and tapped holes into the adapter plate in the bolt pattern from the Alpha mounting arms to replace the articulated pushers. The inside mount sticks out so it catches string, but I have some ideas how to fix that, and it works fine in the mean time. This modification also works on the Babolat Star II.
