Tool Tray Organization

It seems that tool trays are never big enough. To save myself from having to dig through all my tools looking for the desired one, I use organization and color-coding. Each of my tools has a different color on the handle for instant recognition, and I always put them in the same place in the tool tray each time. I find this really speeds things up for me.
